Phil is an experienced project manager with a background in Electronic Engineering, IT and the Oil and Gas Industry. With a focus on risk management and process maturity, Phil believes that effective project management can bring certainty and security to Concrete4Change’s projects portfolio, whilst reducing unnecessary bureaucracy. One of his key priorities is ensuring that Concrete4Change remains agile and able to respond to changing demands and priorities.
