Dr. Soheil Khoshkholghi is a leading expert in structural engineering, specializing in the analysis, rehabilitation, and retrofitting of substandard RC buildings. Holding a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering with a focus on seismic vulnerability assessment from the University of Sheffield, Soheil brings over five years of combined industry and research experience to his work.
