Caspar is an all-round innovation driver and manager. He has 25 years experience developing and managing innovations in products and processes to commercialisation, in both large and SME company settings. He has worked as lead technical expert and part of the core management team in Defence, Specialty Chemicals and Carbon Capture industries. Caspar is experienced in building multidisciplinary and highly skilled teams that can produce patentable innovations with a high commercial value.
