Dr Izzy Thomlinson is a chemist specialising in polymers and sustainable materials. She completed her PhD at the University of Bath in 2021, working on biodegradable polymers and real-time reaction monitoring techniques. Before joining Concrete4Change, she carried out translational research with the Innovation Centre for Applied Sustainable Technologies where she gained further experience with biomaterials and construction materials while working closely with industrial partner companies. At Concrete4Change she focuses on solving problems using polymer chemistry.
